Healthy Recipes for a Rainy Day

Good morning everyone,


During the business of the semester, sometimes we forget the importance of eating well. Whether that’s resorting to eating instant noodles every meal or skipping breakfast because you’re late to your morning class, the wellbeing committee is here to remind you that we truly are what we eat. Everything we consume will eventually reflect on us physically as well as mentally. Here are two quick and healthy recipes that are sure to satisfy your cravings!


The first recipe is a Chia Parfait, which is a refreshing and fruity snack perfect for when you’re in a rush to make a quick breakfast or need to up your fruit intake. We have also included a tofu miso soup, which is great for warming you up on those cold rainy days.
